Firas is a health-tech CTO with more than 19 years in software and e-health. He has owned an e-health product from first build to daily use, led the rollout of a hospital imaging system (PACS), and builds AI agents, retrieval-based AI and workflow automation.
He designs every system Willow AI builds for a clinic and stays accountable for how it works. He holds a Master’s degree in Web Science.

Questions clinic owners ask
Does it work with our EMR or booking system?
In most cases, yes. We build on the system you already use and connect through its official interfaces or exports. If a connection isn’t possible, we tell you in the tech check, before anything starts.
Where is patient data kept?
In your own systems and accounts. We access only what a task needs, with your permission, and every build is designed around UAE health-data rules, including where data may be stored. Demos and tests use invented patients.
What about DHA rules for posts and AI?
Every post and ad goes through an approval step for your medical director, and we design around DHA’s social-media standards and AI policy. Patients are told when AI replies, and a person can take over. Your clinic keeps its own advertising permits; we make the approval steps easier to follow.
Can you build a feature only for our clinic?
Yes. Instead of waiting for your software provider to build it for everyone, we build features only for your clinic, connected to your current system. What we build and how it may be used is agreed in writing before work starts.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes. Patient messages, staff tools and reports can be in Arabic, English or both, written naturally, not translated word for word.
How much does it cost?
